Some Responsibilities of Travel & Short Term Help:

• Meeting expectations of crew, stocking plane, yacht or vehicles with food and beverage

• Working without days off (typically 1-2 weeks straight)

• Keeping itineraries for all activities ready for planning purposes

• Dressing professionally in uniform based on clients expectations

• Ability to have flexibility in schedule 24/7 without obligations

• Available to work on holidays, weekends and any shift requested

• For travel, prepare all required documents, visas and recommendations ahead of schedule

• Work closely with clients personal household staff and adhere to all guidelines

• Keep an open mind, remember that you are short-term staff with guaranteed work ethic

• When traveling, research all local resources to improve your job (if applicable)

Qualifications to register as a Travel & Short Term

• Minimum 5 years experience in your domestic field

• Educational background & degrees that apply to position

• Impeccable references from 2-3 previous employers

• Valid Drivers License

• Proof of Citizenship

• Clean Driving Record

• Must pass background check

• Credit check (depending on job duties)

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)

• Comfortable with being legally employed (W2) and paid via Payroll

• Valid Passport holder & willingness to travel

• Legal to work in the U.S.

• Non-Smoker

• Drug- Free
